I have enjoyed every second of the SheCodes workshop! The video tutorials are so great, Matt does an excellent job of breaking everything down into easy understandable sections that make following along and learning how to code a piece of cake. I was surprised that the class was over so fast, I was having so much fun! Looking forward to taking more workshops in the future.
I've had experiences with other coding bootcamps, but this one is the best. I actually do the work and practice. I understand so much better. Thanks, Matt!

Before SheCodes I used several free online websites to learn HTML, CSS and javascript, and I have to say I am very impressed with SheCodes. Matt has a very clear way of teaching and also stimulates his students to search online for solutions to their coding problems, which is a very realistic way to enter the programming world and learn how to be independent while coding. With SheCodes Basics, I have discovered a new set of useful tools (e.g. info for CSS color palettes and gradients) that I had never encountered on free online websites. I am looking forward to the next workshops.

This Responsive course provided me with a new knowledge and helped me greatly in understanding how to create a responsive multipage website. While it initially posed some challenges, particularly for newcomers like myself, the experience was enjoyable, and I gained a tremendous amount of valuable insights.
I really enjoyed the Plus Workshop. It was challenging at times, but I managed to work through any problems either by myself or by using Slack. As with the other workshops, the lessons are really clearly explained and you can always repeat them if necessary. I am so pleased with the Weather App I have built; it's fairly basic, but it works, and I am so proud to have been able to achieve that!

I feel that this week of add-on has helped me to take my coding to the next level. I can already see a tremendous evolution from my first project. Thank you!
It's been amazing learning the basics of HTML, CSS and JavaScript. Matt explains everything in an amazing way and the challenges and homework keep you focused and let you move from theory to practice.

I've tried learning how to code in past however, I couldn't complete as I felt it was too long and complicated. But SheCodes on the other hand was totally opposite. Clearly how I've reached this far. The course is not complicated and is structured in such a way that you are able to learn something new in every lesson. I highly recommend this course to anyone who wants to get into coding but is afraid as they feel they don't know anything about coding.

I started the coding workshop with no coding experience. At the beginning, it felt a bit overwhelming but having Matt as a teacher was really amazing. He always motivated us to try our best and simplified the coding languages for us. I love challenging myself and this was a good way of doing so while gaining a new skill set.
This was the hardest 6 weeks so far yet I'm glad I was able to learn this. This course is good to get to know the base of React and get familiar with it.

I have never worked with React before. This is why I learned a lot during this module. It was great fun to see how much easier it was to build the weather app by using react instead of plain html, css and javascript.

Some people discover their dream when they are 5 years, others at 38 years. I am among the latter. I set out to study how to code but every single opportunity I came across was either limited to people who had an undergraduate degree in IT or women below 35 years. And they all required paying and getting enrolled in school for up to 3 years. It broke my heart but I never gave up trying to find that once in a life time opportunity to live my dream. And then one day, I typed "free training for women" into google search and "SheCodes Foundation" popped onto the screen. My life has been impacted forever. I started out nervous, that I would not be able to cope with the lessons.....I was pleasantly suprised! Matt set out the lessons in baby-steps that were easy to follow and understand.(Thanx Matt, You truly are a blessing!) I look forward to learning more and becoming a world class coder.
Before, I thought coding would just be hard and confusing. But the SheCodes Basic Workshop made me realize how fun coding actually is. Even when there were times that it was frustrating, it all goes away when the code finally works after. I'm forever grateful to the SheCodes foundation for giving me this opportunity to learn coding and have fun in the process 🙇🏻♀️.

I truly enjoyed this three week course, I was able to learn a lot. The videos were easy to follow and the course itself was super helpful.
Completing the coding classes has been a transformative experience for me. I started with little to no knowledge of web development, but now I feel confident in my skills with React, React Responsive, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Node.js, Hosting, GitHub, Netlify & VS Code. The curriculum was well-structured, covering both fundamental concepts and advanced topics, enabling me to build interactive and responsive web applications.

I am thrilled to have started my own portfolio. This course's final project and challenges are not as difficult as SheCodes Plus's. However, I enjoyed studying them, and the explanations are simple to understand. It would be preferable if more projects were included in this course.

I am very proud of what I have been able to achieve with this course. It has been "short" but quite complete. I had already done other websites, but didn't understand the work behind. With this, I'm able to understand it, and do much more. SheCodes has unlocked a new hobby/profession! :)

SheCodes responsive was quite an exciting one, building multiple pages website and making it responsive was a delight. It came with headaches, left my laptop for days to cool off. At the end, I was able to get it done. I am thrilled at my achievement and can't wait to move to the next level.

This was so much fun! After React workshop I think I really needed to go a bit deeper and try to do another project with Api, multiple components and try to style everything so I can be more confident and understand more the subject and this was exactly it! Excited about the whole journey to this point!
SheCodes Plus Add-On was such a great learning experience, I feel like I am really starting to get the hang of javascript! The final project was a "World Clock" and it was so fun to design! 11/10 would recommend SheCodes to anyone who wants to learn to code.
