I saw the ads for SheCodes online, and I am so glad I committed to the Basics! With a busy schedule, I was able to complete the course in only 16 days! Everyday, I spent an hour to an hour and a half watching/ rewatching the videos and practicing.I feel as though I learned so much information. Basics is definitely beginner friendly, and I hope to continue this journey with SheCodes!
An excellent next step after the Basics course. Challenging at times, but I've come out on the other side with vastly more knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JS. Looking forward to the next workshop!

SheCodes React is as always very practical and educative course. At times though I felt a bit overwhelmed. Anyway, I was able to finish it and learned a lot about React and its workflow.

Can't believe that I finished this workshop! Definitely harder than the Basic WS but I learned so much in the past 2 months! And I really like the final project - the weather app! Great experience, when I got stucked I got quick answers on Slack so I never really felt stucked for long. I'm excited to start the next workshop!

It has been a while since my last and first landing page and I am surprised by the progress! Last time it took three weeks to build a basic landing page and now one week :) I would encourage everyone out there learning to code or learning anything else for that matter - don't give up and the results will show up!

I had some previous coding experience that was self-taught, so I already knew how to do a lot of the HTML and CSS, but what I loved about this was how clearly Matt explained all of the different elements. I had been having some difficulties with JS learning by myself, and he made it a breeze. Also, the slack community is fantastic. I had very speedy and efficient help when I encountered a problem. Really enjoyed working on a multiple page, all responsive website that I could create from start to finish, including the design and using Github too. Took me a little longer this time but really great lessons and project to learn with.

Another educational and fun workshop in the books. I have learned a lot of new skills in this particular workshop for React itself and new general coding skills as well. Absolutely the BEST program to consider if you are beginning your coding journey! I never thought I would be capable of understanding the material I have been taught in this course. This extra course was great. After working with a bit of date and time from the last project, I was eager to learn more. This course was perfect for learning about time zones and how to add them to a website. Matt makes it easy to follow, for a quick, but highly educational 2-week course.

During the workshop, I learned plenty of new techniques I later used for building my final project. The course contains lots of practical exercises. Most of them were challenging at the start, but by the end of the final week, I started to feel more confident and now have no doubt I will be able to use the new skills in my future projects. I am a college student looking to span my skill in order to get my dream job. I love learning and coding has always been interesting to me yet I could not find a program that fit in with my hectic schedule. I am really excited to put my new skills to the test.
During this course, I got acquainted with the basics of front-end programming which was really advantageous for me as it was a good introduction!
Before SheCodes, I thought I needed to have some background knowledge on coding or that was wasn't smart/creative enough to learn how to code. I highly recommend this workshop, it takes you through all the basics of HTML, CSS and JS. Matt is an excellent teacher who breaks down information so that it is easy to understand and follow along. I've been looking at programming for a long time, but I didn't dare to do it. Circumstances developed in such a way that a war broke out in my country, I had a third child, and I became a housewife. I don't remember exactly how, but fate directed me to the SheCodes site and I decided that it was time to learn coding. At the beginning of the course, I was afraid that I would not succeed, but while working on the final project, I realized that I was passionate about coding. Matt is a very inspiring teacher. He knows how to explain complex things simply. I'm so glad I chose SheCodes to learn and overcome my fear of coding. Now I'm looking forward to continuing my studies!

This workshop is not easy, but it is really rewarding. I've began this journey as a complete newbie, and I'm really grateful for such opportunity to find a new way to build my skills.
Ambitious is the final word I can give this course. I write it and speak it (out loud) because now I can finally say "I have completed this course, as an ambitious woman." Yes, this course challenged my critical mindset, on a personal level but it was worth the tears that came along with it. Most definitely I wanted to quit the course but the little girl inside me told me, "keep going.. finish.. don't give up!" These are the words I manifested everyday until I completed.
