I have been interested in coding for years but before I started this workshop coding seemed pretty overwhelming. SheCodes is for sure the best and easiest and most fun way to learn how to code. I look forward to the next workshops!

When I started SheCodes workshops, I knew a little but really a little.! Now, I'm fully addicted to coding and I completed every 8 workshops they have to offer for now! What a great way to start my coding journey! Easy to follow videos and lots of great information that we can take and apply in other workshops! Not to overwhelming at all and was fun to create the projects along the way!

SheCodes Basics was a great learning experience! The content was introduced in a way that made sense while taking you through each skill set. The projects helped me understand the material in a more concrete way.

This was definitely an awakening experience. Coding is very interesting and exciting to learn. Because of my busy schedule lately, and my kids being my absolute priority, I will have to put my next workshop on hold, but will come back for sure! More tips and tricks on how to use especially CSS and Javascript. I am now more confident in using class attributes, I can style the images on a web page and switch to a dark mode.

At a crossroad in my life, where I was desperate to find something relevant, that also stands for women empowerment and that I could dig my creative claws into - I couldn’t have found ShCodes at a better time. I don’t think I’ve done something so frustrating, but as highly rewarding recently than learning the basics of coding. Having Matt to talk through things with, and make lights of stressful situations was what got me though in the end and I can’t wait to keep practising to eventually become a front end developer, and learn other languages to potentially go further. The world of code seems limitless, with opportunity to enter any industry. My ultimate goal is to be able to build and host my own website from scratch, that will encourage collaboration and interaction. This course has given me the base to build towards that, in terms of the community and the learning material. Thank you SheCodes, I may be back to complete the rest of the packages!💫

I really enjoyed this course. I have a hard time focusing on videos sometimes, but I love that they are very well divided and digestible, so it doesn't feel like too much information. Coding itself is so fun and I appreciate that SheCodes creates such a comprehensive guide to it.

I am completely from a different background coding is not my cup of tea and never thought that it would be but now I am enjoying this workshop. This course is amazing! It does a great job of breaking everything down into bite-size pieces so the concepts are easy to take in and practice along the way. Coming in having no experience with coding, the progress that I have made is a testament to how thorough and beginner-friendly these lessons truly are.
