I'm excited to announce that I've completed the SheCodes basics online course. I gained useful experience while learning to code and surprised myself with my ability to retain knowledge in a subject field which I previously thought was difficult and complex. A big thanks to the SheCodes team for helping to achieving my coding goals.
I have thoroughly enjoyed these last 8 months or so learning all of what SheCodes has to offer me. While this React course was difficult at times, I feel it has helped me become a better coder. Matt has been an exceptional instructor and all the SheCodes staff have been excellent whenever a question arises. I just wish SheCodes had even more advanced React classes to take. I'm excited for the last add-on course and will be forever thankful to SheCodes for helping me find my passion in Front End Development!
I really enjoyed learning and creating my weather app. It was challenging at times but the delivery of the content makes it fun to learn and keep going. looking forward to the next workshop.
After finishing SheCodes Basics and the SheCodes Basics Add-On project I knew I had to keep going. This project was super complex, but I enjoyed learning all the different components of integrating the API, adding all the functionalities, and even making it look aesthetically pleasing. Thank you to the entire SheCodes team for your continued support and I will see you again soon for my next SheCodes project.

Even though sometimes I struggled when coding, I loved learning how to code a weather app and integrating API (real data) to the weather app. It feels so fascinating when you make something work ! SheCodes makes it easy to digest all the information into smaller lessons. And using VS Code, GitHub and Netlifly to publish the web apps, made it like I am one step closer to become a full-fledged front-end developer. :)
I completely loved all of the SheCodes courses. So informative and I really learned a lot! I'm excited to begin my career as a Frontend Developer.

The Journey was great the training was very interactive with fellow students the technical support team was very ready to help and they would do it on time. I sincerely thank Matte and others for giving me chance to study Coding. In all honesty, I started this course without even knowing or having a knowledge of what I was doing. The only thing I knew on computer is typing in Ms Word and Excel. I really struggled to understand some terms but I did not give up. I started getting everything right in week three. During the 3rd week I found myself able to code and built on some assignments. I was really happy.
Learning react was very challenging but I did learn so much from this course.

This program has been great and I love that I have homework on actual due dates - a lot of online courses let you work as you go with zero due dates and I these dues dates have been keeping me in CHECK! I am here for the whole she-bang and doing every single workshop and add-on projects and Imma take a stab at the CHALLENGE PROJECTS!
This workshop for beginners was very easy to follow and I enjoyed learning about the basics of coding. I also liked how asking for help on Slack was very accessible and it created a sense of community for new coders like me.
I've already taken several workshops. I always learn with the SheCodes workshops. They challenge me to learn more, and allow me to do plenty of hands-on projects.

I would highly recommend this course if you're wondering what is like to code or if you have a busy schedule but are eager to learn. To me, it was extremely useful and super fun! I learned a lot and now I'm 100% sure I will continue coding. π©βπ» I loved the way lessons are separated into short clips because it makes it really easy to follow or rewatch if needed. Matt is a very good instructor and I found his explanations very clear (thank you!). Also, I loved the Radio station π§ and Athena was a life-savior when I couldn't figure out what was wrong with my code. π€πβ¨
I really enjoyed going through SheCodes. The challenges were helpful to really grasp some of the concepts, and having the ability to work around my own schedule was great.
The course material is easy to grasp but comprehensive enough to empower you to succeed in your coding journey. And it's great that there's a community you can reach out to if needed and deadlines to keep you accountable and always coding.

I initially thought it was going to be daunting to learn how to code but it ended up being enjoyable. I won't lie it would get challenging but through doing my own research and the help of the Slack community, I would quickly overcome the challenge. The study material is spaced in such a way that you can take in a good amount of information in one video.The challenges were how I got to practice what I have learned and more. This workshop was great because it really helped me be able to see what it is like working as a developer using someone else's design. This helped me build on my knowledge of Figma and use it from a developer's POV. I was glued to this project and can't wait to build (many) more websites in the future!
I was a bit worried about starting this workshop as I didn't have any knowledge in advance. The lessons were very well explained and it was not as difficult as I expected at all. Most lessons have challenges after the videos, really enjoyed thinking about them and finding the solutions. I learned lots of new things and would recommend to anyone who thinks about starting this course π

Learning react is quite difficult in the beginning but in week 6, it's like you've been doing it for a few months. It's still not easy but you definitely feel like you understand the language better.
Very pleasant workshop, I could barely feel the time passing by while I was watching the videos and doing my projects during the weeks. Very good to see the improvement in styling and the responsiveness of my web site during the weeks.

After graduating from university with my degree in graphic design, I felt like something was missing and I wanted a new challenge. During my degree, I became increasingly intrigued about the coding behind the design process and I wanted to find out more about it.
