Unlike other courses I tried SheCodes and Matt kept me engaged the whole time and something I thought was boring ended up being really fun! The fact that we get to do our own challenges each lesson and have support whenever we need is great! Never felt alone! Can't wait to learn more :)

SheCodes Plus was an incredible experience that really allowed me to learn a lot about JavaScript and APIs. Building the final project was very fun. This course really challenged me and pushed me outside my comfort zone. I learned a lot of really useful skills and received plenty of help if I was stuck on a problem through the Slack chat with the SheCodes team. I enjoyed learning HTML, CSS, and JS in the SheCodes Basics course. The videos are short and straightforward making them easy to understand. Also, there are so many good projects for each lesson, which make learning more active.
This workshop gave a lot of new knowledge about css, it was very interesting to build my own site step by step and understand all the processes. It is possible to improve the design endlessly, but the most important chips are understood in the course in great detail. I am very satisfied with this course, thank you very much!

To be honest, sometimes it wasn't easy to understand all the new information, especially about JS, but a little perseverance plus very nice organized lessons led to the result! Prior to Shecodes workshop, i have no idea on coding or how to go about it, coding was strange and seem impossible for me although i have always loved it when i see people do it, but today i can proudly say that Shecodes Workshop has thought me coding, with HTML, CSS and Javascript. I had tried other resources before but none ever worked for me. I have learnt so much in the three weeks with SheCodes. Matt is such a great teacher and is really great at explaining. I was able to do my final project without having to run back to the classes and to me this is a testimony of how effective the classes are.
I recommend SheCodes, It's easy to follow. Learning coding make you a better problem solver but it also teaches you patience, perseverance, and discipline. Coding pushes you outside of your comfort zone in a good way!

SheCodes coding workshop was my starting point for experimenting in the field of web development. The basic workshop was extremely well detailed. Not to mention that SheCode is a fraction of the price of a bootcamp. I look forward to completing the next workshop as I prepare for a new career.
In my search for an affordable yet comprehensive introduction to coding basics, I was pleasantly surprised to come across SheCodes during one of their promotional periods. Going into the Basics workshop, I had no idea what to expect and was a little apprehensive if I was going to be able to follow and keep up with the program content due to not having any background in coding or the IT field in general. 😵💫 Along with many others, I wholeheartedly concur that I was able to continue through each lesson and week due to Matt's clear instructions and thorough explanations all the while keeping things light hearted and fun. 👩🏽💻 Thank you so much Matt, SheCodes Team, and fellow classmates for all your encouragement and support - could not have done it without you! 💖 I hope to continue learning with SheCodes in the future. 😁

I really enjoyed this Workshop and can recommend it to anyone interested in this area. It is so well structured and explained! Sometimes it got a bit hard like any new subject can be, but help was always accessible and at the end I really felt good about my project. I especially like that some elements are being repeated in different ways which is so important and helps so much with getting used to the structure and functions of the code. Matt has such an awesome way of explaining and most importantly he implements a very nice work and making-mistake ethic! Loved it.
One of the most exciting and interesting courses I've ever done! Even though there were many times where I was frustrated, there was always a way to solve the problem. I found the SheCodes Responsive workshop to be incredibly helpful in better understanding methods for creating a responsive, SEO friendly website using CSS and Bootstrap. This course also did a great job building on what we learned in the previous courses!
