She codes is a funny and easy way to start in the world of coding :) I'm a graphic designer too much happy to can apply some designs on the web.
Before SheCodes, I found coding extremely boring! But Matt and SheCodes team changed that forever. The way Matt teaches coding makes everything perfectly clear, understandable, and most importantly, fun! π When I started doing the final project of SheCodes Responsive, I was really surprised by how I've learnt everything so well that I don't even need to think that much when coding. Of course, challenges are always there and that's a part of being a front-end developer, but SheCodes teaching system has given me the confidence to actually know that any programming challenge is solvable. π©π»βπ» I can't wait to continue my coding journey with SheCodes, learn more and more about programming, and become a professional front-end developer. π
Coding is fun to learn. You get to come across new challenges everyday of your coding journey, it helps one to be confident with facing challenges knowing well at the end you will overcome them.
The plus workshop was amazing! It helps you to take your first steps in the wide world of becoming a developer. The prominent feature of SheCodes workshops is that its lessons are so crystal-clear and easy to understand. For me, the API and JavaScript lessons were the most overwhelming parts. Designing a real app is such an experience you wouldn't want to miss!

I just finished the SheCodes Plus weather app project and couldn't be happier with the results. I was hesitant to take on a project like this because I needed to gain more expertise in coding. But because of SheCodes Plus's crystal-clear and simple-to-follow lessons, I was able to finish the course with a working weather app in hand. The SheCodes Plus curriculum was an excellent method to learn how to code overall. The weather app project was a great way to get started with coding. I wholeheartedly endorse SheCodes Plus to anyone interested in coding π!

I have been learning a lot since the beginning of the course. so many things in the programing languages that i studied at university start to finally make sense now .looking forward to start next courses of shecodes soon.

I MAAADE IT !! This was one of the most challenging and, Yet! exciting venture I've ever taken thus far. Having a great community that supports you, while figuring your way through the challenges! What a great honor to firstly have been accepted into the SheCodes. I have developed a new skill and a LOVE FOR CODING! I never thought that this would be an interest to me. I'm ready to advance in this new skill - This may be an additional career in my bag!

There's a lot of great challenges in this course, and it's nice to have the support from the SheCodes team. React was incredibly daunting when I first started coding, and looking back at where I started, it feels manageable and exciting now. I would highly recommend this course if you're curious to learn more about React!

This bootcamp I attended was a fantastic experience. The class was well-organized and covered all the basics of JavaScript and HTML/CSS. SheCodes Plus was a lot more challenging than Basics, but I learned a lot and I'm starting to get the hang of some pretty complicated stuff!
Great workshop
React βοΈ is one of the most in-demand coding frameworks today. I gain some quality knowledge of React in just 6 weeks part-time. I think this course is a good variant for anyone who would like to work becoming a developer. I just loved this workshop! I've never worked with react before, but this was a great entry point.
This responsive course is an eye-opening course! It has leveraged my website-building technique and consolidated my knowledge in Frontend and bootstrap. I love the pace of each teaching video, suitable for any type of learner. Small progress each time could definitely motivate me to work on my project step by step and make the whole learning in responsive much easier!
This has been such a great course, I have learnt so much in the last couple of weeks. Going from no knowledge to completing a project. The lessons are easy to follow and very logical. There is alwasy help on hand if you get stuck and it's great to be able to see the probles that other people run into as well which helps you identify issues in your own code. Great community and it has been very rewarding completeing the project!

As a beginner to coding with no experience in IT, I found this course very easy to follow and understand. I had a lot of fun doing the beginner course. I find it great that the course is paced well even for someone with a full time job. Having due dates for the assignments while also having the leniency to change them as needed really pushed me to finish the course with minimal pressure and stress. I would highly recommend this course!

I appreciated how the workshop was structured to teach the basics of responsive design plus advanced tips, while also allowing for creative freedom and individualized project development. In a nutshell: hard to grasp at first but so much fun!! Building a weather app in React was definitely a steep learning curve, but I really enjoyed the process and I was happy with how my project turned out. It is such a useful tool and I'm looking forward to the React add-on so that I can practice some more.
Loved working on this weather app. Everytime I learn something new I first think "how will I remember all this?!" but then a few days later it comes natural and I think the same thing about another new thing. It's a learning process haha.
It was a great experience and i really enjoyed it. Every video is clear to understand and full of useful information. Challenges was not easy but interesting. I'll continue my studying with great pleasure.

I did it again!! Learning a new skill can be difficult but rewarding. I was hard on myself during these past 8 weeks, trying to push myself to the point I was lacking food and sleep. I had to remind myself that it's okay to take a break, refresh and start again, especially when my code has errors. By clearing my head I was able to take another approach and found the solution. So, it's okay to take a break but giving up is not an option for me. Thanks to Matt and his team for providing so much support during this time.
I enjoyed the SheCodes course, each lesson is explained in an easy way to follow. The Slack community is great to get support along the way.

With this workshop I tested how advanced you can go with just vanilla CSS and added a new project to my portfolio building upon a professional design.
It is easy and fun to learn coding with SheCodes. I do recommend it to those who want to start their path in coding.
The course was to a certain extent useful and I learned something new. A lot of technologies were covered, videos were short but informative that allowed me not to lose concentration. Also I liked the idea with the cheat sheets available on the web site. At the same time, Iβd like to mention the following drawbacks: - there is a gap between the course program and the course content itself, which led me to hope for more than was actually given. For instance, βSheCodes Plusβ program mentions βAdvanced Javascriptβ, while in practice we only scratched the surface. - I had a feeling that some information was repeated again and again instead of new topics being covered. - homework feedback provided was hardly useful: βYour solution is valid! Good jobβ is not an informative one. I would rather want to hear more on practices I used and my code style. - given all of the above, I believe the course is a bit overpriced
Really enjoyed this course - it is fairly hard, and doing some extra Youtube or Free Code Camp alongside really helps the learning - it took me a bit longer than normal, but Matt re-covers things we had done in the past which was really helpful. Personally, I think it would be great if Matt added in how to handle the temp change, just so we know how to do it in the most efficient way possible
The SheCodes Plus Add-on was super fun and beneficial. I feel like there were complicated things yet I felt even more comfortable with my JS knowledge.
