hello future coders, I completed the introduction to coding program and I highly recommend it. Coding is an important skill to learn and it can open many opportunities. This has been so far my favorite course. It involves a lot of web design and how to make them responsive and how to upgrade your HTML/CSS.

This is a challenging course for a beginner, but since it allows you to take baby steps I was finally able to understand some of the concepts I'd struggles with on other resources!

I had an amazing time learning how to code. I had no prior knowledge of coding and these lessons have taught me a great deal and were quite easy to understand. I am grateful to have been given an opportunity to learn. I will be continuing with coding as a career choice and will definitely use SheCodes as a teacher.
I really enjoyed the experience of understanding and developing old skills I had from the time I used the have a blog in 2003. Back in the days I had a lot of fun playing and trying new things on my templates without really knowing the reason to work or not some feature that I had changed. With the course I realized how much I used to do without the knowledge. It was awesome to learn the reason and really understand how lading page and coding works.
I have really enjoyed this whole process! I am excited to continue learning and start working!
I love these courses, you do get so much insight and skills in learning programming languages (React.js). I recommend those who are seeking to learn front-end-development, to enroll in SheCodes!
It was my first time with coding and the workshop was really easy to understand and to follow and you can learn at your own pace, which was something that I really enjoyed. I also enjoyed very much the challenges after each lesson and the homeworks. Seeing how my code turns out is very satisfying and it gave me a lot of pleasure to do the final project.
For those who feel they cannot do it, TRY IT! Matt 's videos, Athena, and the various guides are very helpful as they all contain details about what you are doing and helpful reminders. With constant testing of your page, you can find enjoyment in seeing your work come together.
I have totally enjoyed the SheCodes basic workshop and I am looking forward to the next workshop. I would highly recommend SheCodes to anyone who is a beginner. I knew nothing about coding at all and I am amazed at much I have learnt and found enjoyable and I am looking forward to the next level!!

I've been wanting to learn to code for a while now but haven't known where to start. I found SheCodes and joined during a promotion period. Loved the videos and the projects that were assigned. I felt like the material was explained really well and I appreciated having deadlines to really push me forward.
This workshop helped me learn so many helpful tools for creating responsive websites, which is currently an in-demand skill these days. With so many mobile users, it's so important to ensure websites look good and work well on mobile devices. I learned how to use flexbox and grids to create websites that scale down perfectly for smaller screens. In addition to that, I learned some SEO tips for getting more visibility for a website. Instructions and lessons were clear, thorough and easy to understand. I'm so glad I took part in this workshop!

I highly recommend SheCodes if you're looking to get into Front End Development. I have now finished all the courses and I have learned so much knowledge. I plan to take even more advanced React classes, but I am so thankful for the foundation that SheCodes has created for me. The Shecodes responsive website challenged me but allowed me to see where my skills lay and whether I was retaining the knowledge I swore I had learned over the past couple of months. The Basics Add-On was a great way to continue practicing what I've learned. In the previous basics course, I tended to skip steps and try to do too much at once. I appreciate how the Add-On lessons are structured step-by-step to ensure I was able to complete and understand each part.
