I have thoroughly enjoyed this workshop. The classes are easy to understand and navigate,there is a great community and assistance available. I'm confident with the skills I've learnt so far from this workshop.

Before starting this workshop,I had some html/css/java knowledge. Following the basics workshop helped me to bring structure to what I already knew. I had quite some fun following it and working on the homeworks and more specifically on the final project!

SheCodes Plus course was a big adventure! Sometimes the tasks were very complex, but thanks to Matt I managed to understand everything (at least I hope I did ;)). I am very proud of the weather app I built and can't wait for the next course. React I'm coming! :D
Really like this workshop! Coding has been made very easy and understandable. Like the set up of the workshop, where you have challenges after every new thing you learn to put fresh knowledge into practice.
Really fun way to learn frontend, with a great course format
It's amazing the amount that you learn over a short time. Looking at the project that I developed during SheCodes Basics, I would never have thought I could develop something like a responsive website with multiple pages, but I have!
Some parts were fun. Some parts were challenging. I enjoyed the teaching style and I think that the course sets you up with some fundamental tools and knowledge to go forward with and build on. I highly enjoyed the course and the support was wonderful. Thank you shecodes crew!

I have tried to teach myself the basics of coding before and have always given up. This basics course was really helpful and well-taught. I really enjoyed the lessons and challenges and now I want to keep learning!

I've been interested in a career change and a friend mentioned learning to code. I honestly wasn't sure what that entailed exactly but I'm glad I stumbled upon SheCodes. I completed the 3 week course and it was a great introduction to coding and I am really looking forward to diving deeper in the more advanced courses.
When I started SheCodes, I was in the middle of a career transition as a new mom and I had no idea what to expect. Would I like coding? Would this be something I could make into a career or profitable side hobby/job? I took the free 60-minute pre-course and right away I loved Matt's teaching style. I signed up for the Basic class and became so obsessed I completed it in a week! Now, I have completed my fourth and final (hopefully for now) course and have decided to go full-time into the tech industry. Thanks to SheCodes I was able to start my own freelance business (Tsunoda Stylings) and help train new graduates looking for job experience to put on their resumes. This has been one of the most challenging but rewarding training workshops/camps I have been through and I would do it all over again. I can't recommend SheCodes enough and I thank you for giving me the opportunity to push to start this new journey of mine.
Coding is HARD and this workshop breaks it down into manageable steps you can follow along and before you know it, you've built an app!

I have learned so much being a part of SheCodes. After completing SheCodes Basics, I went on to sign up for SheCodes Plus, and I plan to finish Responsive and React! I am constantly amazed at how much I have learned and how I have grown. I started out with no coding knowledge or experience and can now read, write, and understand code. Matt is such a great teacher! I absolutely love how he breaks down each new concept and how each lesson builds on the other.
This coding journey with SheCodes for me was amazing: I learned so many programs so quickly. Now I feel ready to continue exploring new territories when it comes to computer science, even if that is not my background. Truly empowering.

I love the website interface actually :) That's why i open this website everyday, like wow i love it's so clean :)) Also, i could say that the source codes help me to learn a lot. Whenever i busy with my routines, i could learn and refresh my lessons through the source codes, so it won't waste my time :) I also love that every single module has its own challenges, so this is LITERALLY a hands-on workshop. This is definitely a fun and pleasant workshop to attend as an introduction to coding. I wanted to know just a bit more on how coding works to relate to the day to day programs I am using at work, SheCodes definitely delivered on that. It is really easy to understand and follow, the materials provided were fantastic! 😊
I really loved the 3 weeks spent on the Basics course! It was well paced and Matt was a great teacher. He broke down the concepts into digestible short videos that were easy to follow. The challenges allows us to apply what was learnt immediately after which helps to consolidate the learning as well as address any misunderstandings of how the function works! The team was really prompt with queries and were super friendly which makes it a very welcoming learning environment:)

I came across a SheCodes ad during the first COVID-19 lockdown in Austria. I remember thinking at the time: "hey, why not?". One year later, I finally registered to the Basic SheCodes Workshop and I did not regret it. I thought the workshop was fun, highly interesting, challenging enough and well balanced. I learned heaps of new things and figuring out how to make webpages responsive has definitely been a game-changer for me - can't wait to work on other projects too! I really like SheCodes for how simple and straight forward their teachings are! Would really recommend to anyone who doesn't know where to start, because this program really helped me get my nerves out and was exactly the start I needed!

This responsive workshop was amazing for learning a lot of tips and tricks for making websites far more responsive than anything I have ever built in the past.
As a complete beginner, I can honestly say, this has been fulfilling experience! Everything is taught step by step & is very simple to understand. After just the basics, I feel like a pro! :)
I loved the setup, the way it was broken down made it easy to follow along and the aids and fellow students on slack were such a great help.
It was frustrating at times but so very fun and rewarding. Learning something new is not always easy but always worthwhile and this certainly was.
This is a great Course I've learned a lot. Being able to build my own website and feeling accomplished!

It was a fun yet challenging course. Facing the challenges made it all the more satisfying when finding the solutions or bugs in the code. I'm feeling very accomplished having finished this course.
The classes are well-structured and you get the main principles of working with this framework. Although personally I think it would be better to learn it in a real classroom. I lacked personal support throughout the course. You can of course ask questions on Slack and get the answers but it is both confusing and time-consuming. React is really hard and I am super happy that I made it through the course!
Before applying for coding, I was not completely sure that I'll understand coding very well at this coding workshop. I also suggest this workshop to my friends who were looking for coding. I'm also glad that a person who create this website is to encourage women to be a part of technological field. I would say that it was so great full to learning from Matt. He did a great job over all. I understand him very well, the way he teaches.
This was an amazing three-week journey into the coding world. Materials are easy to follow and Slack community is there to support. All I can say SheCodes project breaks stereotypes and empowers women to pursue a career in programming.

I’ve seen the invitation for webinar on Instagram, accidentally. I am really happy that I attended the webinar. Nobody can learn more than in SheCodes in one week or three weeks in other courses. The money is worth it to be paid.
I really enjoyed making my own portfolio and I learned a lot about responsive websites which Im sure will be valuable in the future! Looking forward to start with REACT soon :)

I started with SheCodes Basics a few months back and really enjoyed the class and everything I was learning, Matt does a good job of explaining things and letting you see his work as he goes. I've made the time to go through the current three other courses available. Finishing SheCodes Plus was challenging, but really fun and I feel more aware of what goes on behind the curtain now. I look forward to starting SheCodes Responsive and React next!

I have learned so much so far! Matt has done a great job designing this responsive course. He does well explaining . I really enjoy the video speed feature! Matt provides plenty of resources to help! Slack is a great asset. Your questions are answered quickly. I have searched specific questions many times and have always been able to find the answer from other students challenges and homework assigments. That is another great feature, that you are able to view other student's work! I benefit greatly from seeing other code. I may be a coding-newb, but SheCodes has brought me to another level! Keep calm - Code on!

Coming from a communications background, I was always a bit curious yet intimidated by coding. I started my coding journey as a way to gain a new skill during the long days of lockdown, but I got completely hooked! In the past 2 months, I've been coding with SheCodes for 3-8 hours a day and I ended up building a desktop weather app from scratch. I am very proud of myself because I also gained much-needed confidence to start something completely new after almost 10 years out of university :) I am very excited to continue my coding journey with React! Kudos to the whole SheCodes team, you are amazing!
