Coming from a communications background, I was always a bit curious yet intimidated by coding. I started my coding journey as a way to gain a new skill during the long days of lockdown, but I got completely hooked! In the past 2 months, I've been coding with SheCodes for 3-8 hours a day and I ended up building a desktop weather app from scratch. I am very proud of myself because I also gained much-needed confidence to start something completely new after almost 10 years out of university :) I am very excited to continue my coding journey with React! Kudos to the whole SheCodes team, you are amazing!
Enjoyed expanding on the basics from the first course. This course ramped up a lot and was very challenging in some areas but so glad I did it.
I think this is a good course to start with and to built some knowledge if you are in the Tech Insdustry.

An absolutely great workshop with so many new things to learn! It was really cool to find out what API is and even more so to use it in order to build a functioning and practical application. I found coding quite rewarding because you get to see the progress you are making especially once you managed to detect and correct a faulty code. I cannot recommend enough learning to code just so to get a glimpse of how a part of the internet works.

This is a very good course for true beginners like me, they take you through things step by step and don't get too in-depth before you are ready. You can learn at your own pace and when it is convenient for you.
I find SheCodes workshops one of the best workshops for learning how to code because after every session you should submit homework.

This has been a truly amazing journey into the world of coding! Six months ago I didn't know anything about coding. But today I'm graduating not just from the React course, but also from SheCodes Pro, which included three parts: Front-end, Responsive and React. I am really grateful to the SheCodes team and to Matt Delac. Thanks to their well-structured materials, convenient platform and supportive approach, I now feel much more confident in my knowledge and skills!
I hate when websites don't look good when I open them on my phone and thanks to this workshop, I know my websites won't be part of them. The Responsive workshop was in my opinion the most challenging so far. It teaches us to pay attention to details and make sure our website looks good on any device, which is very useful. I recommend it strongly if you want to keep people on your website since nowadays people are just as likely to open it from a desktop as from a smartphone.
It was an amazing first coding experience! I wasn't sure if coding was for me before this class. But thanks to Matt and Shecodes' team, I discovered my new passion. I am going to join the 6months class very soon!

SheCodes Plus introduces aspects in programming that would seem intimidating then explains it to you in a manner that makes you want to dive further on your own. You are made to understand that SC Plus references SheCodes Basics, which is important to me because I like to know how to implement and piece things together. You begin to notice how much progress you've made and it is fulfilling.

I had some minor understanding of HTML from computer classes. SheCodes helped me gain an understanding of HTML, JavaScript, and CSS. I really liked how the courses were set up with videos and assignments that corresponded with the new material being taught. It was fun but also challenging! I would definitely recommend SheCodes to anyone looking to learn how to get a better understanding of these coding programs.

The format of the course makes it really easy to manage and play out each lesson. Yet Matt doesn't always disclose everything you need to know, prompting you to think and learn to find solutions. This course is fun, creative and has opened a world of future possibilities.

SheCodes is a platform that not only interactively teaches you the content interactively but also gives lot of hands on practices. This course helped me in understanding HTML/ CSS Java script in a very engaging manner. The level of hardship in the assignments increased step by step.

SheCodes Basics lessons are beginner-friendly, few are challenging yet exciting, fun and has served as my creativity outlet. It is also flexible which goes well with my workhours. Moreover, I also like that there is a support system in the form of the Slack app. Definitely will recommend this!
Each lesson is pack of essential infos and the videos are very clear, straight forward, and easy to follow. Each week's project is fun, I really enjoyed each project and learned a lot from SheCodes.com workshops. I am looking forward to continue taking more workshops from Shecodes, This is much more fun and practical than most of my high school classes.

The program is a starting point for beginners there is room for personal improvement with what was taught.
Gets a little challenging sometimes but Matt's videos are very detailed and with the use of slack I was able to gain and learn more throughout this course.

I highly recommend SheCodes basics for anyone who is interested in "dipping their toe" into coding. While the class was challenging, I felt like each lesson always provided the information needed to complete each assignment. The part I appreciated most was learning about to troubleshoot in real scenarios. We learned in Chrome and Visual Studios Code, which helped me troubleshoot when I was on my own, completing the final project.

The Basic Workshop is worth EVERYONE trying! The price is fair and learning HTML, CSS, and JS can be helpful for anyone in any industry. The lessons are fun and interactive, and it's not as challenging as you may think. I had no issues staying on track while also working. It was well worth every penny and I can't wait to try more workshops!
