Nowadays, React is one of the most useful and efficient libraries for building user interfaces. Unfortunately, the course was recorded a few years ago and hasn't been updated since, making it difficult to follow the steps and submit homework without asking questions on Slack about how to fix various problems.
I am so grateful for the opportunity to learn how to code. This journey is exciting and so far, I am having fun creating different personal projects with the skills that I have already learned. I believe that this will open door for me in a whole new field of study.
Creating an AI generator was very informative, challenging, engaging and fun! I'm happy I was able to share and utilize my coding skills I have learnt so far to create this project. The various techniques used in the project was AI, API, HTML, CSS, JS and more.

This workshop was excellent and really helped me learn the basics of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. As a beginner, I wasn't familiar with these programming languages, but the introductory lessons made the main concepts easy to grasp. A major positive is that the instructor made the learning process engaging and interesting, so it never felt boring.
Before attending the She Codes Workshop on Basics, I had some experience in programming with Python and C++, but I had never coded anything in HTML, JavaScript, or CSS. I was impressed with the practical and accessible approach of the course. Despite my inexperience with these specific languages, I didnβt find the learning process difficult. The continuous tasks throughout the workshop were crucial for assimilating the concepts. Each exercise was carefully designed to reinforce what was taught, making the learning process easier and more efficient. The instructors were incredibly patient and knowledgeable, always ready to help and clarify doubts.
My journey with Shecodes has been amazing so far! The content is really well organized and Matt is a great instructor, eveything is really clear and I really feel like I'm learning. Looking forward to what comes next!
The past three weeks have been amazing and I learnt so much in such a short period of time. As a Computer Science student, I've never been one to fancy the idea of sitting behind a laptop, working on code that isn't working, only to find out that I missed a semicolon. Imagine the frustration! I told myself that I would avoid coding and pursue non-technical jobs after graduation. However, as I researched potential career paths, I realized that nearly all the jobs that interested me required some coding experience. It dawned on me that I couldn't escape coding in the Computer Science field, so I started searching for boot camps to learn how to code. That's when I discovered the Delac Foundation website and decided to apply. Thankfully, I was accepted and began my coding journey. Initially, I only intended to learn coding because I couldn't seem to avoid it, but I ended up falling in love with it. I am deeply grateful to the Delac Foundation and thankful to Matt Delac, the founder, for helping me to realize that coding is not bad after all.
I have learnt the introduction to web development through shecodes, i did not know anything about it at first, now im capable of creating a webpage
It's been great learning a new skill and being able to do so comfortably at my own pace. This is a basics course and I would recommend it for absolute beginners. I'm not sure yet how it will all come together as a new career, but very important if you would like to set yourself up or use the skills towards building/advertising your own business as you can build your page.
This was a comprehensive guide to the very basics of front-end development. I thoroughly enjoyed it.

This was long but also amazing. I enjoyed restarting this project from the beginning and seeing how far I have progressed. I really loved this workshop, it takes 1 week or less but by following the videos and doing at the same time the activities, is very simple to understand and code the project. The videos are really well detailed and explained, that makes you really like to continue learning more about coding.

SheCodes Responsive was the workshop that I looked forward to the most. In this era, responsiveness on each device is just a must that you cannot escape. It can be tricky with the list of media queries and I think I have to find more balance between enough responsiveness and too much engineered.
