Amazing and useful !

The SheCodes Plus Add-on was a great challenge. Getting a live weather API working for my city took some real trial and error, but that's exactly what made it so satisfying. Building something that actually works in the real world is a different feeling entirely - and honestly, it was a lot of fun.

It was great to learn a bit more about python, especially whilst also learning about how to incorporate AI into it. It was also very interesting to learn about Google Collab - I hadn't ever heard of it before.

The Basics Add-On course is a great addition to the Basics course. Lessons once again very clear and easy to follow, recommend this course and can't wait to move onto the next project.

I'm excited to share that I've successfully completed the AI Basics course with the SheCodes Foundation!  This course helped me understand the fundamentals of artificial intelligence in a simple and practical way. Most of the time, my head was spinning, but I soldiered on! I mostly enjoyed the API integration and can't wait to learn more!

This beginner's course has been a life-saver and a good investment! I am very appreciative of how accesible the modules are as I have been trying to learn how to code on my own (through self-study). I am someone who needs structure to be able to learn and truly understand what I'm teaching myself. SheCodes is just that! I am very grateful for the opportunity to learn, and this has unlocked a set of skills I thought impossible to master previously. The beginner's curriculum has a well-balanced approach : one that is flexible and at the same time structured. Ultimately, I quite like how the knowledge is progressively built on top of each other. In this way, learning the content is not overwhelming and challenging enough. I do wish we could have learnt even more javascript!

I struggled at the beginning and it felt like I'll never get anything right, but I kept trying and working on my coding and now im starting to enjoy it. And yes it's frustrating when I can't get something right right but I'm gonna continue my shecodes journey.

Joining the SheCodes challenge has been an amazing experience. I had little experience with web development, but the lessons were easy to follow and helped me build and deploy my first website. It has given me more confidence to continue learning coding and pursue a career in tech.

SheCodes gave me my first real hands-on experience with web development. Coming from an electronics and PLC background, I wanted to build practical web skills. The Basics course took me from knowing nothing about HTML/CSS to building a full landing page with JavaScript interactivity. It wasn't always easy but it was a great learning experience. Highly recommend for anyone starting from zero.

I really enjoyed this workshop. Coding taught me that every bug is just a question you haven't answered yet 😅. The moment you stop fearing the red error text and start reading it like a clue, you realise you're not fighting the computer, you're solving a puzzle with it. Throughout this whole experience, I've learnt to think outside the box when it comes to coding. This challenge was really a good experience.

I really enjoyed working on the AI Poem Generator project! Building this app helped me fully understand how to integrate external AI APIs using Axios, handle user inputs dynamically, and polished my CSS flexbox and layout skills. The step-by-step guidance made complex concepts easy to grasp, and seeing the AI generate French poems in real-time with the typing animation was so rewarding. This wasn't what I was expecting when I signed up for this course - I wanted to see what was possible with AI and ended up discovering so much more than I imagined. Technology is moving so fast and it is important, more now than ever, to keep up to date with skills that can take you forward.

SheCodes totally changed the game for me. I went into my first workshop ready to learn and came out having built three full apps, two of which were long-standing passion projects I had dreamed of bringing to life. “The workshop was so much fun, well structured and easy to follow. This is just the start and I can’t wait to take these projects to the next level, get them fully operational and start driving real traffic to them! If you're not sure about joining, just do it!

Did the SheCodes AI Workshop recently and honestly it was pretty solid. Nothing too fancy, just clear explanations and actual hands-on stuff instead of just watching slides. Good if you're a beginner and want to get comfortable using AI tools without feeling lost. Would recommend if you're just starting out.

First weeks were very hard because it is really confusing. I needed some time to get use to it. But in the end it was fun. So many possibilities to create interesting websites. Thanks.

Being able to add a 'functionality' to the webpage solely from CSS with no bootstrap was fun. It is time consuming and teaches you patience with having to troubleshoot images to the correct sizing needed for the content of a webpage, but, it also helps to add on and build the fine motor skills of retaining information learned from the 'Basics' courses of the coding workshops. I took a lot away from this 'Responsive' course that helped me understand how CSS can work better and more efficiently for webpages.

React is quite challenging but SheCodes made it fun, I can't wait to learn more so I can return to this project and adjust the temperatures for the forecast as well.

I recently completed the SheCodes bootcamp, and it's been a game-changer for me! I started with zero coding experience, and now I feel confident building my own projects.

It was a lot of fun to build my project.

Again, so much info; sometimes I feel like I've already forgotten what I learned the previous weeks. But it's really fun, and I'm still moving forward in coding.

What a great experience! Matt is an excellent teacher and explains everything in such a way that you grasp new concepts quite easily. The lesson videos are short, but they are packed with knowledge and information. The corresponding challenges after many of the lessons really help to solidify the new information you have learned. It is amazing to come to the realisation that something I wasn't able to do two weeks ago, I can do now!

I’m genuinely amazed by how much I learned in such a short space of time. One of my favourite parts of the project was making it my own by adding extra features beyond the course requirements. There are still more ideas I want to implement, but I’m excited to continue improving it even after completing the workshop. Learning how to integrate AI into a JavaScript application and make it work in a real project feels like a huge milestone for me. A few months ago, this would have seemed impossible, but now I have the confidence to build AI-powered applications and keep expanding my skills.

This course was challenging but the more I practiced what I learned through the challenges and the homework- it became easier to understand the 'how' and the 'why' of the content. Bootstrap definitely makes styling a HTML easier but having CSS helps to keep the memory of "starting from scratch."

I came into this workshop with a bit of an AI background but zero coding background and left with a fully functional, published website built entirely through AI prompts. The step-by-step challenges made it easy to see real progress each day, from a blank project to a live site with forms, animations, and analytics working end to end. What surprised me most was how much I learned about structuring a real project, not just typing prompts and hoping for the best. I'd recommend this to anyone in a non-technical role who wants to actually understand what's possible with AI tools.

It feels amazing to have completed this last challenge and the whole responsive workshop. I love SheCodes training in general, as I have already said before in my other reviews, and I recommend it 100% since it is just easy to follow along the videos and the process is so enjoyable, or atleast that is how it feels to me. I am just missing a more elaborated feedback about how we can improve our personal work when the solution we send is valid, instead a just 'valid solution' answer. I hope they can work on that matter for future students.
