The React workshop was the most challenging one Iβve taken so far, but Iβm glad I stuck with it. It really pushed me outside my comfort zone and was a valuable learning experience. While I still have a lot to learn, it gave me a solid foundation to build on.

Becoming a developer is something that has been a goal of mine for a few years now. I'm not one to go take a college course and in my opinion, shecodes is a better way for me to learn how to code because of my flexible schedule. The curriculum is really good based on the lessons and assignments I have completed. I retained the material with little problems.

These last three weeks I have learnt a lot from html, CSS and Javascript thank you to this amazing SheCodes Basics Workshop. I have a background on basic Python but I was completely new on front-end when I started this journey and, I really enjoy the visual part of it. Even I was told not to spent too much time on the design of the final project it was really engaging π
I was feeling stuck. As an unemployed girl sitting at home, I spent days scrolling through social media and feeling like I was just wasting time. I wanted to do something meaningful, something that could change my life, but I didnβt know where to start. Thatβs when I stumbled upon SheCodes, and decided to give their online coding classes a try. At first, I wasnβt sure if it was for me. I had no prior experience with coding, and I worried about not being able to keep up. But after just a few weeks, I could already see myself improving. The classes were engaging, easy to follow, and the support from the community and instructors was incredible. Itβs been three months now, and Iβm genuinely proud of the progress Iβve made. I have been a stay at home mom for the past 8 years. Now that my children are getting older I wanted to do something for me and learn something new. I have been interested in learning to code for 2 years before joining She Codes. I am so glad that I found She Codes! My SheCodes journey over the past 6 weeks has been a rollercoaster. I struggled a lot, often postponing my work until I was left with only two opportunities to reschedule. Despite my busy schedule, I found enjoyment in the process. The last week, however, was particularly tough. I faced many challenges with the API, and since my project was different from what was taught, I had to approach some tasks in my own way. I'm so proud of myself for finishing my React Add-on project! I had more fun working on this dictionary app because I understood React a bit more. Although React can get frustrating with the errors and warnings, it's an incredible program! I can see how someone who masters React can build different websites and apps half the time it would take with vanilla Javascript. Anyway, I'm so happy I'm done and excited for whats to come!

At first Python seemed like a very strict, unfriendly language, but that is really not the case. Through every advanced lesson I saw that Python is actually fun , Python is actually friendly. These well-structured workshop are beginner friendly and I love how we are learning advanced real life stuff to enable that we are tech-industry-ready.
This has been another incredible journey for me, as I learned how to integrate AI-powered data into a webpage using an AI API.
