I already had some knowledge in HTML/CSS/JS before starting the SheCodes Basics because of which I was able to complete the workshop within a week. Got to learn a lot of new techniques. Wish that I'd known about SheCodes earlier, I would highly recommend these workshops to anyone. Matt teaches every hard thing in a simple way. Mucho helpful resources are provided. Challenges next to each topics were actually interesting which doesn't make me sit still just by watching the tutorials.
Software Development has always been associated with being a male dominated industry. Although it has always been my passion, I never took it seriously, until I came across SheCodes. To know that I'm catered for and I'm not being prejudiced made me feel comfortable with taking that leap and pursuing my dream. SheCodes has changed my life.
I enjoyed my introduction to the coding-world at SheCodes. It has been challenging but also a lot of fun. The program is easy to follow and the instructor Matt makes the lessons enjoyable. React! React!! React!!! I'm never using regular html and css for front end. React is so challenging and fun.
