I am a Microsoft trainer for a Global Feeds company, and I have always wanted to know more about coding. I have a basic understanding of coding using power platforms but nothing on web design. I have loved this course so far, and can't wait to continue!

This workshop was great because it really helped me be able to see what it is like working as a developer using someone else's design. This helped me build on my knowledge of Figma and use it from a developer's POV. I was glued to this project and can't wait to build (many) more websites in the future!
I was a bit worried about starting this workshop as I didn't have any knowledge in advance. The lessons were very well explained and it was not as difficult as I expected at all. Most lessons have challenges after the videos, really enjoyed thinking about them and finding the solutions. I learned lots of new things and would recommend to anyone who thinks about starting this course 🙂
This chapter was so much fun! I am finally starting to code faster and applying my designing skills to create some visually harmonious.

Learning react is quite difficult in the beginning but in week 6, it's like you've been doing it for a few months. It's still not easy but you definitely feel like you understand the language better.
Very pleasant workshop, I could barely feel the time passing by while I was watching the videos and doing my projects during the weeks. Very good to see the improvement in styling and the responsiveness of my web site during the weeks.

I am amazed at the progress I have made in the past 2 or so months. Matt continues to make everything so easy to grasp and to follow. I am excited to have completed my skills portfolio, which I would like to use to seek for career advancement opportunities.
After graduating from university with my degree in graphic design, I felt like something was missing and I wanted a new challenge. During my degree, I became increasingly intrigued about the coding behind the design process and I wanted to find out more about it. With the help of SheCodes, this has enabled me to do this and has allowed me to feel more confident about pursuing a career as a Front-end software developer in the future.

Learning how to make website was both challenging and exciting. This workshop increased my level of thinking as it relates to coding and it pushed me to do my best. There were challenges but I overcame them. I couldn't have done it without Matt and his team. I knew NOTHING when I joined SheCodes, but in a few weeks I was able to understand basic concepts and confidently build my own website. This course has definitely opened my eyes to the possibilities that coding can provide.

The SheCodes Basic was a very fun and fundamental course to learn HTML, JavaScript, and CSS. The instructor Matt explained everything very well and with passion, which made learning easy and fun. Even though I had some parts that were difficult but I broke through them. I highly recommend sheCodes
Having taken a bit of coding several years ago, I liked seeing what the 'behind-the-scenes' text looks like to the average internet user. It's more detailed than I thought, but it's so rewarding once you figure it out and get it too look just how you want. I've been recommending this course to family and friends - and it's the career I plan on having until I retire - it's THAT fun!
When I first thought about beginning with coding, I got overwhelmed with all the information/ different programming languages out there. SheCodes helped to guide me in taking those first steps to start getting familiar with the digital environment.

React Add-on was a great project to put into practise what we have learn in the React workshop, I quite enjoyed doing it, came across several difficulties but that is how you learn and definitly feel more confidant with React although I'm very aware I still have a lot to learn ... The last three weeks have been very informative, helpful and fun! I enjoyed every learning experience within the program.
I learned a lot from SheCodes. The fact that every class is followed by a challenge is really great to put our knowledge on use. I used to find programming logic really difficult but the classes and the project helped me to understand the logic of the functions and how everything falls into place on the code. I watched other programming courses before but this one is the one that helped me the most and it was also the most didatic one that I did.

Program is easy to follow and understand. I appreciate having multiple tools to reference (the video instructions, webpage demo's, and source codes). By using a combination of learning tools provided, it was easy, but fun and challenging to work through the lessons. I wasn't bored but also wasn't overwhelmed.

SheCodes is a really helpful website to learn programming. It's really easy and understandable for beginners who have completely no idea about programming.
