I always wanted to learn coding but I never dared to...The SheCodes beginner's course was for me a great introduction to programming. Now, I have realized that coding is more about knowing where to find info and training how to solve problems than memorizing commands. You put your imagination to work and miracles can happen!!

This workshop was very hard for me to get through at times. With my full-time job, and wrapping up this last semester of college, it was hard to put in the time necessary to finish this workshop. Furthermore, I often had to go back and rewatch videos for topics I had forgotten. But either way, I finished it and I am so proud of myself! Thank you Matt and the SheCodes team!

Great course, and although challenging at times it demystified a lot for me around APIs and javascript, and how HTML, CSS and Javascript work together.
I didn't know what to expect when starting my lessons . All I can say that the introduction to coding was fun, eye opening and informative. The platform breaks down the coding concepts into small tasks this way is easy to follow and complete the tasks.

The course was undeniably challenging, pushing me to expand my boundaries and think critically. However, what truly impressed me was how it managed to consistently keep me interested and engaged.
The past few weeks on the SheCodes platform have been so much fun. Thank you to Matt for always encouraging that we source out ways to learn how to code, that made me push myself and I got a chance to dive into different ways of learning how to code. As Matt would say " This is a suggested solution, not "the" only solution."
Switching to React is overwhelming in at first, but the more you work with it, the more it makes sense and I can see now how it makes a difference in your coding in a good way. I can't wait to explore React further in the next assignment!

SheCodes Plus was quite challenging, especially for me, as I started without any technical background. However, the curriculum was very well thought out; it began with a review of basics, followed by the introduction of one concept in each lesson. Finally, we had two weeks of review, akin to assembling pieces of a jigsaw puzzle. Matt Dellac is a phenomenal teacher; his amazing teaching style made the workshop more engaging and down-to-earth. At times, I felt like he was reading my mind and answering my questions 😅. I still feel like a toddler in my coding journey, but I’m not afraid because the incredible SheCodes Team has always been there to help me. I know I can count on their support whenever I struggle to figure out what I’m doing. 💟

Very challenging workshop for javascript but Matt explained everything patiently for first timer like me. It is a fun and good workshop to learn about coding and I'm excited to go for next level now.
Amazing & super practical exercises + challenges. With only 3 workshops (I was supposed to do in 3 weeks) I have managed to complete them in 5 days, I feel super confident and comfortable to approach further.
Choosing to learn how to code was best decision I made and I honestly think it's because of SheCodes, because at some point I was ready to give up. I love how clear Matt is during the lessons, so its easy to understand what he is saying, and how he always motivates us to give it our all. I'm excited to continue with this adventure.

Every time I visit a website I find myself intrigued and can't help but to inspect it. I would gladly give SheCodes a million stars if I could, not only are the courses beginner friendly and easy to navigate. But, every lesson and every week it makes you a better coder.
I always like the add-ons as they're a great chance to practice what you learnt in the main course making everything clearer, they're easier to complete and - as such - less frustrating and a bit more fun, plus Matt always adds something new and useful that's not included in the main course.
I enjoyed the whole course at every moment, the time went by so fast while I was doing it. Doing the project and putting what I learned into practice was one of my favorite parts. I was super satisfied with this workshop. And I am very happy I found it.

As a complete beginner, I absolutely enjoyed this workshop, though it had it's trials and errors now and then😅. The short lesson videos were great for me as a beginner, as I did not feel too overwhelmed and enabled me to grasp each lesson quite well. The entire learning experiencing thus far is just awesome!!!

It was fun learning coding with SheCodes. I got to learn from the very basic thing which was super helpful because this is my first time to learn coding. Though sometimes I did find some difficulties, I'm glad that the other students in Slack are willing to help me. It might be challenging to learn new things from zero, but it was such a wonderful experience to me!

The day I had started SheCodes Introduction I couldn't imagine that very soon someday I can code my personal website relatively easily. Also, in SheCodes Responsive, It was a bold point that how important is to write a code clean, readable, neat and ordered. I try to do it in my coding very well.

Learning about coding, building a portfolio, and responsive design with media queries has been an incredibly enjoyable experience! It's been a thrill to dive into the world of creating responsive websites.

This course definitely challenges you. It challenges your grit and perseverance. I had to do a lot of research. There were alot more nights of giving up for the night and coming back with a fresh mind. But I finished! I am so glad I stuck with it. You may feel really lost when starting the course on Javascript but with the practice this course requires, a lot of the functions will become less foreign.
Loved the add-on project! I felt so much more confident going into this final project thanks to all the challenges leading up to it.
Like the other two previous workshops this one was awesome. I would again thank mat delac and SheCodes foundation for helping women community in developing countries to boost their knowledge and skills.
